  • Our services are intended for individuals and business owners primarily in the Garland, TX and greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.

  • Any general information provided (via flyers, website, or verbal discussion) regarding tax laws, credits, or deductions is for general informational purposes only.

  • Such information does not constitute a final tax result or guarantee of a specific refund amount.

  • Actual tax outcomes and service fees will be determined based on your specific financial documentation and outlined during your appointment.

3. Estimates, Consultations & Services

  • When you contact us via phone or visit our office, we may provide an initial consultation or fee estimate.

  • Any estimates provided are for discussion purposes only and are not binding until we have reviewed your complete tax profile and documentation.

  • We reserve the right to decline service for files that fall outside our expertise or capacity.

4. Phone Calls, SMS & Email Communications

When you provide your phone number or email address, you consent to being contacted by:

  • Phone call

  • SMS/text message (standard message and data rates may apply)

  • Email

We use these methods to:

  • Confirm appointments

  • Ask follow-up questions regarding your tax documents

  • Provide status updates on your filing

  • Send reminders or service-related information

Opting out of SMS: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send.

  • While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not make any guarantees regarding specific refund amounts or tax liabilities, as these are determined by taxing authorities (IRS/State).

  • Any reliance you place on general tax news or information provided outside of your specific signed return is at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxSeasons, its owners, and employees from and against any claims, losses, or penalties arising from:

  • Inaccurate or fraudulent information provided by you for tax preparation.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your failure to meet filing deadlines due to late submission of documents.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
